WAYS Energy Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement is between WAYS Energy (“Company”) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate”). By joining the WAYS Energy Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

Approved affiliates may promote WAYS Energy products using a referral link or discount code and earn commissions on qualifying sales.

2. Commission Structure

• New affiliates start as Standard Affiliates
• Earn 10% commission on qualifying sales
• Receive a 10% discount code for your audience
• Additional tiers may be added at the Company’s discretion
• Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded orders

3. Payments

• Payouts are processed automatically after payment setup is completed
• Payouts are sent at the end of each month
• Minimum payout threshold: $100
• Affiliates can track sales, impact, and balances in their dashboard

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Represent WAYS Energy professionally and respectfully
• Support the mission of honoring veterans and first responders
• Create content that reflects the values of the brand
• Follow all laws and disclose affiliate relationships (#ad, #affiliate, etc.)

5. Brand Guidelines

• No false or misleading product claims
• No offensive or inappropriate content tied to the brand
• No edits to logos, trademarks, or brand assets without permission
• No messaging that conflicts with the company mission or values

WAYS Energy may request removal of any content that does not align with the brand.

6. Political Neutrality

• WAYS Energy has no political affiliation
• Affiliates may not use the brand for political messaging
• Creators whose primary content is political are asked not to apply

7. Approval & Termination

• All affiliates must be approved before participating
• WAYS Energy may terminate participation at any time
• Fraud, misuse, or misrepresentation may result in immediate removal

8. Product & Promotions

• Free product may be provided at the Company’s discretion
• No compensation is guaranteed beyond agreed commissions
• Special promotions may be offered periodically

9. Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or official representatives of WAYS Energy.

10. Limitation of Liability

WAYS Energy is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to participation in the affiliate program.

11. Agreement Acknowledgment

By participating in the WAYS Energy Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
