WAYS stands for We Appreciate Your Service.

We were started by veterans, law enforcement officers and firefighters with ninety-five years of service between them. Ten percent of our profits go to organizations that look after people who serve. In our first two years that was over forty thousand dollars in cash, plus product to people who needed it.

Every flavor is named for a service, and the money follows the name. Engage is for veterans. Rescue is for firefighters. Respond is for law enforcement. Revive is for EMS and medical. Support was built with 5th Squad and its ten percent goes straight to them.

We are looking for people who already live in that world and would rather rep something than sell something.

What you get

• A code that gives your people 10% off. A real offer you can hand someone, not a link nobody clicks.

• Commission on every order it brings in. 10% to start, and 15% once you pass twenty orders in a quarter. Paid monthly once you pass $50, as cash or as store credit, your choice.

• Photos, logos and assets, ready to use. A library of approved images, logos and graphics you can post as they are. We add to it regularly. You are also welcome to make your own.

• A free case when you join, and more as you go. Product and perks are part of the program rather than the contract, so they can change, and we will tell you if they do.

• A say in where the money goes. Every quarter our top affiliate picks which of our partner organizations gets an extra donation, and their name goes on it.

What we ask

• Post at least once a month. More often if you want. The more you post, the more you earn, so the floor is one and there is no ceiling.

• Say you are a WAYS affiliate. Every post that carries your code, in the caption itself. Not in a comment, not behind a “more” link.

• Stick to what is on the can. Zero sugar, 200mg of caffeine, B-vitamins, electrolytes. No health or medical claims beyond that, and no running down other brands.

• Keep the brand out of politics. Hold whatever views you like in your own name. Just do not attach ours to them.

• Use our content or your own. Not another affiliate's, and not somebody else's video with your code stuck on it.

• Put your code in your own posts, not in the comments on ours or on another affiliate's. Everybody gets their own lane and we all do better.

Who we approve

You do not need a big following. Our best people have a few thousand followers who actually talk back to them, and we would take that over fifty thousand who scroll past every time.

You do not have to have served, either. Plenty of our people are family, or supporters who believe in where the money goes.

We read every application. The question we care most about is what our name means to you.

Before you apply, if you serve

If you are serving now, or you work for a department or an agency, check your own rules first. Most places have something to say about endorsing a product while you are identifiable as a member, and those rules vary a lot.

We ask every affiliate to keep uniforms, patches, department vehicles and stations out of their content unless they have written clearance from their chain of command. You can say you are a firefighter. Please do not look like one on duty.

Your job matters more to us than a case of energy drink.

Questions people ask

How many followers do I need?

No minimum. We look at whether people engage with you, not how many of them there are.

How do I get paid?

Commission builds up in your affiliate dashboard and pays out monthly once you pass $100. Take it as cash or as store credit, your call, and you can change your mind later.

Can I do this if I am on active duty?

Often yes, but check your own regulations first, and read the section above about uniforms.

What if I already work with another brand?

That is fine. We only ask that you do not run down other brands while you are repping ours.

What am I supposed to post?

Whatever suits your audience. We keep a library of approved photos, logos and graphics you can use as they are, and you can always reshare our posts. Original content from you works best of all.

Is there an age limit?

Yes. You have to be 18 or over.

How long does approval take?

We aim to come back to you within three business days.
